After placing your order, you should receive an email from GoodSteps® indicating that your order has been accepted, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers and promotions we may run. Pending product availability and credit card verification, orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time they are placed.

We want you to have our products in your hands as badly as you do and therefore we will get them out the door as quickly as possible! We do ship internationally as well.

Unfortunately, we do not pay for return shipping on returns, but shipping will be on us for your next order.
