The core mission of GoodSteps® is to provide sustainable funding for our partner non-profit organizations, which we call our giving partners. We believe we are best able to accomplish this mission by focusing our efforts on creating exciting products, running an efficient business, and using the proceeds to support the efforts of the talented teams at our giving partners. At GoodSteps®, charitable giving is more than a cause; it’s our entire reason for being in business.

Yes! In addition to donations and social fundraising, MANA recognizes the power of ideas in the fight to save children suffering from severe acute malnutrition and therefore welcomes yours, which can be sent here. The ACFB welcomes volunteers, advocates, corporate partners, food donations and much more. You can also reach out to your own local food bank.
Aside from the giving, what makes GoodSteps® flip flops so great?
It is very simple: the design. We think GoodSteps® are fashionable and versatile, but we worked really hard to make sure they are also functional and durable.
GoodSteps® flip flops are engineered with a rounded heel cup that actually helps your heel function correctly. By keeping the cushy fat pad (yes, you have a fat pad on your heel and that’s a good thing!) underneath your heel bone instead of pushing that pad to the side, like normal flip flops tend to do, the heel cup provides greater support. It also helps keep your heel in place so that it doesn’t slip off the side of the shoe while you are walking/dancing/playing/generally L-I-V-I-N-G. The super soft and comfortable foam top layer also helps keep your foot in place and adds another layer of personalized comfort.
Where are your shoes made?
GoodSteps™ flip flops are proudly handmade in Sãu Paolo, Brazil. Please see our blog for more information and pictures of some of the fabulous people that worked on our initial production.
I am in between sizes, so how do I know what size to order?
Generally we recommend ordering the size you normally wear in a casual or dress shoe. If you’re typically in-between shoe sizes, we recommend going with the smaller one since the shoes will “settle” a bit as the memory foam is broken in. Please find a printable size chart here if you would like to confirm your size.
How can I return items?
You can view our full return policy here, but we accept unused items purchased from goodsteps.com that are received by us within 30 days of your order date. In order for us to process your return, you must complete and submit a Return Form and we must receive your item(s) within 30 days of your order date. Please account for the time it takes for the carrier to ship your item(s) back to us in Atlanta, Georgia. We will provide you with a printable shipping label and package insert, or you may mail the return with the provided package insert to: GoodSteps Returns, 3180 Mathieson Drive, Unit 1208, Atlanta, Georgia, 30305 United States.
If I return my GoodSteps® products, do you take food away from someone who is hungry?
Never! We accept returns that we receive within 30 days of your order date. This timeline allows us to evaluate how many products are final sales and can therefore be counted toward our giving program.
How much does shipping and handling cost?
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers and promotions we may run. GoodSteps® reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
Does GoodSteps® ship internationally?
We do! As with domestic, international shipping and handling costs also vary depending upon the rates offered by our shipping carriers. How fast can I get my GoodSteps® products?
Pending product availability and credit card verification, orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time they are placed. Shipping speeds vary depending upon our shipping carriers.
