Customers may return items purchased on goodsteps.com within 30-days of purchase.
To initiate a return, please complete and submit this online Return Form. Once received and processed, we will email you a prepaid printable shipping label and package insert. When sending your return package, please include the package insert, along with the items you wish to return. For return and credit purposes, items must be in unworn and in re-sellable condition, showing no signs of wear with all tags intact. Please note: only one order is allowed per form submission, so if you have multiple orders to return please submit a new form for each one.
Refunds will be credited to the customer’s credit or debit card for the full amount of returned merchandise (less all shipping costs associated with the order) within 14 days of receiving the return. The time it will take for the refund to post to the customer’s bank account or credit card will vary and may be up to two billing cycles.
GoodSteps® will not accept returns for credit with items showing signs of use or wear, or for any returns made more than 30 days after original purchase date.
Upon receipt of returned items, GoodSteps® reserves the right to deny return and refund if items do not meet the terms & conditions of our return policy.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift promotion code will be emailed to you.
